ARCHITECTS OF INFLUENCE MASTERCLASS
Nine questions before the training. Three fixed baseline questions, then six that EDGE tunes to what the first answers reveal. Participants see only a completion message; the skills-gap report is for facilitators.
Enter the facilitator password to generate and read the skills-gap report for the current participant, or the cohort heat map for all profiled participants in this session.
Fourteen scenario packs, one per module, each with its own mechanic. Every scenario runs in the selected locale and picks up the participant profile if one exists.
Anything real about this room or this participant that the scenario should fold in: a restructuring just announced, two people present who report to each other, a client the group all know, a deadline this week, a person's actual upcoming meeting.
Baseline assessments are stored during the session. Weeks after the programme, the same participant re-runs one calibrated scenario per pillar; EDGE compares behaviour against the baseline and produces a retention index.
The locale gives every scenario a recognisable local register: institutions, places, names, cultural dynamics and language mix. The client block adds the organisation's own vocabulary on top. Both are injected into every scenario and into the assessment, which audits whether the local markers appeared.
